The restaurant is headed by regional culinary ambassador Ouita Michel, making for a great dining experience for Lexington natives and tourists alike. Sharing the bottom floor is also Lexington's Visitors center. The Lexington Visitors Center was previously housed in another famous downtown project, the Victorian Square Mall. Administrative offices located on the upper floors of the Old Fayette County Courthouse also hold special ties to Kentucky, VisitLex and Breeder’s Cup. One of the most breathtaking new features of the courthouse is an event space called Limestone Hall, located on the top floor, that can be rented out for weddings, conferences and other events. While addressing structural concerns was vital to this project, finding a way to restore the rotunda was also an important concern for this project. Local developer Holly Wiedemann and her team installed octagonal glass panels into the second and third floors that mirrored the size and shape of the portal to allow views from the ground floor up to the buildings dome.
